The project "Demonstration Application Scenario Practice of Carbon Emission Accurate Measurement System for Carbon Electricity Coupling and Carbon Measurement" jointly recommended by the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and applied by State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. Huzhou Power Supply Company has been awarded the "2022 Energy and Resource Measurement Service Demonstration Project" by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Development and Reform Commission.

This project includes the calculation of emission reductions based on the carbon electric coupling factor model; Our company (Beijing Topology Zhixin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.) participated in the construction of the carbon online measurement architecture throughout the entire project, providing instruments to complete the rapid carbon measurement task, which includes "using the carbon online measurement architecture to accurately and quickly measure carbon" and "building a carbon efficiency code evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate industrial carbon emissions". This involves collecting enterprise carbon emission data in real-time through carbon monitoring instruments, and providing instrument, technical, and data support for the construction of a blockchain based carbon measurement data storage and sharing model and data collection. This project will carry out carbon testing point applications at three contracted power plants participating in national carbon trading in Huzhou City and the "State Grid New Energy Cloud Carbon Neutrality Innovation Practice Base", all of which will be equipped with our company's fixed source carbon emission monitoring instrument and environmental carbon monitoring instrument.
